Professional Experience
Joe joined SSH Management in June 2006 as the Senior Portfolio Manager, and now serves as Senior Vice President of SSH Management. He has over 15 years of extensive supervisory and managerial experience within commercial property and construction management. Joe is responsible for directing building operations for the entire SSH Investments portfolio. He interfaces with the SSH Investments team to coordinate building management. The SSH Investments team relies on Joe’s extensive knowledge of core building systems and operations in its analysis of assets for acquisition.

Prior to joining SSH Management, Joe was a Property Manager for Denholtz Associates where he managed over 1 million square feet of space, overseeing construction management for his porfolio. Joe has been instrumental in millions of square feet of repositioning assets in the NY, NJ, and PA marketplace.
