Professional Experience
Frank joined SSH Management in September 2011 as Senior Property Manager of 123 South Broad Street. He joins the company with over 25 years of experience in the building management industry.

Formerly with Harrah’s Chester Casino and Racetrack, Frank was Facilities Manager, where he was responsible for plant operations, building/track maintenance, grounds, and life safety, as well as EPA, DEP & SCC compliance. Prior to Harrah’s, Frank was employed by Philadelphian Owners Association as Facilities Manager of the Philadelphian, a 20-story condominium complex with 752 residential units, 24 professional offices, 9 commercial tenants. Frank was responsible for plant operations, the operation’s budget, building maintenance, housekeeping, valet garage, grounds and life safety/code compliance.

Frank also spent eleven years working for Wyndham Hotel and Resorts as Regional Director of Engineering and Franklin Plaza Hotel as Director of Engineering.
