Adam joined SSH in July of 2011 and brings over 10 years of commercial real estate experience to the company. At SSH, Adam specializes in the sale and financing of investment properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region on behalf of clients.

Adam came to SSH Real Estate after spending six years at The Flynn Company, a Philadelphia based commercial real estate development and brokerage company where he was involved in the sale of over 2,400 apartment units, nine million square feet of industrial properties and two million square feet of office properties.

Adam started his real estate career in Dayton, Ohio as a multifamily development professional with The Miller-Valentine Group, where he was involved in the successful development of over 800 market rate and tax credit apartment units
