Carol joined SSH Real Estate in the spring of 2011 as Senior Vice President of the Residential Division. She will head up the leasing efforts at The Commonwealth, 1201 Chestnut Street. The 100,000 SF former office building is being converted into a 98-unit apartment building that is coming into the market this July. Carol brings a wealth of knowledge to SSH from an impressive career in sales, marketing, and operations.

Previously, Carol has worked for an impressive list of companies, most recently, Omega World Travel as a Regional Sales Director. Prior to that, she was a Corporate Sales Manager for Korman Communities on Rittenhouse Square and National Sales Manager for Charming Hotels of the World, Radisson Hotels, and Best Western International.
