Professional Experience
Dan joined SSH in November of 2010 to lead the Investment Services division. He brings a wealth of experience to SSH. Over the past 24 years, Dan has specialized in the sale and financing of investment properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Most recently, while working with the The Flynn Company from 2002 to 2010, Dan sold, financed, or re-developed over $490 million worth of real estate assets, including the 280,000 square foot sale of Temple University Health System’s Headquarters Building, and a portfolio of 15 industrial properties located in Montgomery and Lehigh Counties in Pennsylvania.

Prior to that, Dan worked as an acquisition and disposition specialist for GMH Associates, working in both the commercial division and their College Park Communities student housing division. During that time, he arranged conventional multi-family and student housing transactions nationally on behalf of clients such as GMAC, INVESCO Realty Advisors, and Goldman Sachs’ Whitehall Funds.

Before joining GMH Associates, Dan worked at The Flynn Company for twelve years. During that time, he arranged over a billion dollars worth of industrial, office, and retail transactions on behalf of clients such as The RREEF Funds, Lend Lease, TA Associates, and Brandywine Realty Trust. He was also awarded consulting assignments for a $700 million REIT IPO, and a $400 million portfolio of non-performing assets for a Pennsylvania insurance company.
