Professional Experience

Patrick joined SSH Real Estate in the Fall of 2009 as a Senior Associate. Based in the firm’s Radnor office, he specializes in the sale and leasing of office properties in the Greater Philadelphia Region.

Patrick began his professional career in the public opinion polling sector as a business developer with market research companies, generating business for Fortune 500 clients. Prior to SSH Real Estate, Patrick worked at Colliers Lanard & Axilbund, representing both landlords and tenants. He has successfully assisted his clients lease over 120,000 sf of office space during the past two years.

Patrick is a Philadelphia native and currently resides in Devon with his wife and son.
