Professional Experience

Jeff joined SSH Management in 2009 as Senior Property Manager, bringing with him a decade and wealth of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Jeff manages Girard Square, an 815,000 SF office and retail complex in Center City Philadelphia.

Prior to SSH, Jeff served as Chief Financial Officer of Silica Investment & Development – a full service real estate company that owns, develops and manages over 500 residential and single family homes. Jeff's other experience includes sourcing, underwriting and facilitating the closing of $30 million in construction financing, and serving as Senior Analyst in international and domestic real estate transactions.
