Professional Experience

Michael has more than 37 years of experience in the Philadelphia commercial real estate marketplace, as well as New Jersey, Delaware and multiple other states as part of portfolio service to clients. He has extensive experience in tenant representation, building representation, build-to-suit transactions, office building development, office building sales and land sales.

Prior to becoming a broker, Michael was a partner in a nationally recognized real estate development firm with specific responsibility for its office building developments. He has represented both tenants and landlords in lease transactions totaling more than 15 million square feet with an aggregate value in excess of 2.28 billion; concluded land sales to developers with an aggregate value in excess of 44.5 million; and has been involved in building sales exceeding $70 million.

Professional Affiliations

Michael holds an associate broker license in Pennsylvania, and sales licenses in New Jersey and Delaware, and is past president of the Philadelphia Board of Realtors, Commercial & Industrial Division. He also enjoys scuba diving, photography and travel. He is married and has four daughters.

Michael received a Bachelor’s degree in real estate and urban development from American University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
