Professional Experience
Jason Vaughan joined SSH Real Estate in 2005, bringing with him 20 years of experience in commercial property management. As the firm's Vice President of Operations, Jason is responsible for all facets of operating nine commercial high-rise buildings totaling over 2 million square feet of office space in Center City, Philadelphia.

Prior to SSH, Jason worked with Diamond Properties, Willner Realty and Cushman & Wakefield, where some of his responsibilities included: preventive maintenance programs, HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, renovations, hiring personnel and bid evaluations.

Education
Jason is a graduate of Philadelphia Wireless Technical Institute and holds an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Degree. Other degrees and certifications Jason has earned include Systems Maintenance Administration and Technician degrees from BOMA Institute; CFC License; Master Locksmith.
