Professional Experience

Kay started her career with SSH Management as an Assistant Property Manager in September 2006. She assisted in managing five Center City buildings totaling over 800,000 square feet of office space. Kay was recently promoted to Property Manager of 123 South Broad Street, which is also home to the SSH Real Estate offices.

Prior to joining SSH Management, Kay was employed with a local retailer managing new construction projects, store roll outs and day to day maintenance for over 700 stores throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Kay also has experience in Maintenance and Construction Sales, along with Corporate Account Training in the Telecommunications Industry.
