Since 1986, under Phil’s leadership, SSH Management has been a dynamic and innovative leader in commercial real estate management in the Greater Philadelphia Region. Managing over 7 million square feet of space, Phil’s entrepreneurial management style creates and adds value to properties by maximizing cash flow while maintaining the highest quality of services for tenants. Phil oversees the 85-person accounting and property management staff, which includes: certified property managers, certified public accountants, and many professionals with extensive real estate experience and a depth of expertise in facilities and operational systems.

Phil has 28 years of property management experience, and is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Property Manager. Prior to the formation of SSH Management, Phil served as the Director of Financial Services for National Property Analyst, Inc., and as a Senior Accountant for Waldbaum Rockower & Company.
