Professional Experience

Greg joined SSH Real Estate in December of 2006. He coordinates the legal aspects of SSH Real Estate's brokerage, management and investment divisions. Greg is the liaison with outside counsel, and he assists with the financing, underwriting and due diligence for potential acquisitions. In addition, he is responsible for the daily legal work of SSH, including the drafting and negotiating of leases and amendments for the firm's portfolio.

During his time at SSH, Greg has participated in transactions totaling more than $105 million and over 1 million square feet of office space.

Greg came to SSH from Comcast Cable Communications, LLC, where he was an Associate of the corporate real estate team that managed a national portfolio of over 3,000 properties. While at Comcast he focused on the legal and real estate issues related to the 1,000+ property acquisition transaction, which was part of the $17 billion acquisition of Adelphia Cable Communications.

Education

Mr. Muller graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, cum laude, with a B.A. in International Relations.

He earned a J.D. from the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law and is admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
