Professional Experience

Brendan Ryan joined the SSH Real Estate team in May of 2002. Previously, Brendan worked as a Center City Leasing Broker for The Flynn Company, and prior to that with CoreStates Financial Corporation as a Financial and Commercial Real Estate Auditor.

His more than ten years of experience has provided him a solid platform to effectively analyze and negotiate the financial terms of transactions. Brendan currently represents tenants and landlords, and plays an integral role in SSH Investments alongside Peter Soens.

Brendan and his wife Kristin, along with their two young boys, Luke and Dalton, reside in Cinnaminson, New Jersey.
