Professional Experience
Jeff is a founding partner of SSH Real Estate, which was formed in 2002. He was a former partner with the company’s two predecessors, Seligsohn Hess Company and Harold B. Hess Company. With Peter Soens, he has grown the company from eight to approximately 75 people. In addition, the company’s scope of services has increased from brokerage only, to a full-service real estate organization.

Jeff oversees SSH Real Estate’s operations, the Property Management division, and is active in servicing clients. Under Jeff’s leadership, SSH Real Estate has become the largest independent commercial real estate firm in the Philadelphia region.

During Jeff’s twenty years in the real estate industry, he has completed over 450 transactions, totaling over 10 million square feet. Prior to transitioning into the real estate industry, Jeff worked as a Certified Public Accountant for KPMG.

Education
Jeff graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics.
