SSH Management's team is comprised of 50 employees who manage over five million square feet of commercial and residential space in the Greater Philadelphia Region. SSH Management's group of dedicated professionals perform financial tasks such as fee collections, bill paying, financial statement preparation and construction administration to support the on-site management team. The SSH staff includes certified property managers, certified public accountants and many professionals with extensive real estate experience and a depth of expertise in financial and database management, as well as facilities and operational systems that is second to none.

Phil Rosen, President of SSH Management
Since 1986, under Phil’s leadership, SSH Management has been a dynamic and innovative leader in commercial real estate management in the Greater Philadelphia Region. Managing over seven million square feet of space, Phil’s entrepreneurial management style creates and adds value to properties by maximizing cash flow while maintaining the highest quality of services for tenants.

Jeffrey R. Seligsohn, SIOR, Partner
Jeffrey Seligsohn is a founding partner of SSH Real Estate, which was formed in 2002. He was a former partner with the company’s two predecessors, Seligsohn Hess Company and Harold B. Hess Company. With Peter Soens, he has grown the company from eight to approximately 75 people. In addition, the company’s scope of services has increased from brokerage only, to a full-service real estate organization.

Peter C. Soens, Partner
Peter Soens is a partner of SSH Real Estate. Since joining the company in 2002, he has helped expand the company from brokerage only, to a full-service real estate organization. Under Pete’s leadership, SSH Real Estate has become the largest independent commercial real estate firm in the Philadelphia region.

Janet A. Chase, President of SSH Management's Residential Division
Janet joined SSH Real Estate in the fall of 2009 as President of the Residential Division, bringing over 25 years of experience in residential, commercial and retail property management to the firm. Janet oversees the operations and management of the firm's Residential Division.

Carol Sano, Senior Vice President of SSH Management's Residential Division
Carol joined SSH Real Estate in the spring of 2011 as Senior Vice President of the Residential Division. She will head up the leasing efforts at The Commonwealth, 1201 Chestnut Street. The 100,000 SF former office building is being converted into a 98-unit apartment building that is coming into the market this July. Carol brings a wealth of knowledge to SSH from an impressive career in sales, marketing, and operations.

Joseph Eisenstein, Senior Vice President of SSH Management
Joe joined SSH Management in June 2006 as the Senior Portfolio Manager, and now serves as Senior Vice President of SSH Management. He has over 15 years of extensive supervisory and managerial experience within commercial property and construction management. Joe is responsible for directing building operations for the entire SSH Investments portfolio.

Jason Vaughan, Vice President, Operations
Jason Vaughan joined SSH Real Estate in 2005, bringing with him 20 years of experience in commercial property management. As the firm's Vice President of Operations, Jason is responsible for all facets of operating nine commercial high-rise buildings totaling over 2 million square feet of office space in Center City, Philadelphia.

Jeffrey Engel, Senior Property Manager
Jeff joined SSH Management in 2009 as Senior Property Manager, bringing with him a decade and wealth of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Jeff manages Girard Square, an 815,000 SF office and retail complex in Center City Philadelphia.

Frank J. Rosati, Senior Property Manager
Frank joined SSH Management in September 2011 as Senior Property Manager of 123 South Broad Street. He joins the company with over 25 years of experience in the building management industry.

Karen Loveland-Pascucci, Design & Project Management
SSH Real Estate is pleased to announce the recent addition of Karen M. Loveland-Pascucci, who will lead the firm’s Space Planning and Design Services division. Karen brings with her over 15 years of corporate interior design and project management experience, most recently with D2 Solutions, Inc. and Partridge Architects, carrying projects from programming to construction administration.

Jeffrey DeAngelis, Chief Engineer
Jeff DeAngelis recently joined SSH Real Estate as Chief Engineer for 123 South Broad Street. Jeff has over 25 years of experience in managing maintenance, construction, life safety, HVAC and electrical engineering.

Susan Winer, Property Accountant
Susan has been a Property Accountant with SSH Management since 2006, working on commercial properties in Center City and Suburban Philadelphia.

Madge Berlingis, Accountant
Madge has been an Accountant with SSH Management since 1994. In this role, she is responsible for the financial reporting of 12 properties, including 230 South Broad Street.

Francine Williams, Operations Manager & Accounts Receivable Supervisor
Francine has worked in the commercial real estate industry for 23 years, and has been with SSH Management for the past 10 years, serving as Operations Manager and Supervisor of Accounts Receivable. In this role, Francine manages her department's personell, interacts directly with tenants, and mitigates problems in over 1.2 million square feet of commercial space.

Rose A. Delory, Lease Administration
With 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Rose began working with SSH Management two years ago. Handling lease administration, Rose's day-to-day responsibilities include working directly with tenants to resolve issues and provide information.

Bryan Devonshire, Director of Marketing
Bryan joined SSH Real Estate in April 2010 as Director of Marketing, bringing with him over 15 years of experience in the design industry. Bryan is responsible for the firm's marketing, which includes designing property brochures and flyers, coordinating presentations and broker mailings, maintaining company and building websites, as well as publishing market reports and press releases.
