Jeffrey R. Seligsohn, SIOR, Partner
Jeffrey Seligsohn has served as a Partner with SSH Real Estate since the company's inception in 2002. He was a former partner with the company's two predecessors, Seligsohn Hess Company and Harold B. Hess Company. Jeff oversees SSH Real Estate's operations and is active in servicing clients. Under Jeff's leadership, SSH Real Estate has become the largest independent commercial real estate firm in the city of Philadelphia.

Peter C. Soens, Partner
Pete Soens is a Partner and Co-owner of SSH Real Estate. Pete has helped expand the full-service firm, while overseeing the office with Partner Jeffrey Seligsohn. Under Pete's leadership, SSH has become the largest independent commercial real estate firm in the Philadelphia region.

Joseph Eisenstein, Senior Vice President of SSH Management
Joe joined SSH Management in June 2006 as the Senior Portfolio Manager, and now serves as Senior Vice President of SSH Management. He has over 15 years of extensive supervisory and managerial experience within commercial property and construction management. Joe is responsible for directing building operations for the entire SSH Investments portfolio.

Greg Muller, General Counsel
Greg joined SSH Real Estate in December of 2006. He coordinates the legal aspects of SSH Real Estate's brokerage, management and investment divisions. Greg is the liaison with outside counsel, and he assists with the financing, underwriting and due diligence for potential acquisitions. In addition, he is responsible for the daily legal work of SSH, including the drafting and negotiating of leases and amendments for the firm's portfolio.

Brendan Ryan, Senior Vice President
Brendan Ryan joined the SSH Real Estate team in May of 2002. Previously, Brendan worked as a Center City Leasing Broker for The Flynn Company, and prior to that with CoreStates Financial Corporation as a Financial and Commercial Real Estate Auditor.

Vince Jolly, Senior Vice President
Vince focuses on new business development; origination and execution of transactions in the not-for-profit and pharmaceutical sectors and has considerable knowledge of both Center City Philadelphia and surrounding suburban office markets. Vincent joined SSH Real Estate in February, 2007 after six years as a tenant representation specialist with Studley, and prior to that, he spent five years in sales and management in the technology and telecommunications industries. Vince is active in the African-American business community, working with young entrepreneurial and networking groups throughout Philadelphia.

Bryan Devonshire, Director of Marketing
Bryan joined SSH Real Estate in April 2010 as Director of Marketing, bringing with him over 15 years of experience in the design industry. Bryan is responsible for the firm's marketing, which includes designing property brochures and flyers, coordinating presentations and broker mailings, maintaining company and building websites, as well as publishing market reports and press releases.
