SSH Investments
SSH Investments is the investment division of SSH Real Estate, and has acquired 11 office buildings in Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. totaling 2.3 million square feet, and valuing over $350 million.

Investment Strategy
SSH Investments acquires office buildings in major Mid-Atlantic metropolitan markets from Philadelphia to Washington, D.C. with high barriers to entry and strong demand drivers, and focus on "value-add" opportunities, which generally allows for better pricing due to the lack of interest from large institutional investors.

SSH Investments has consistently produced superior returns by acquiring under valued buildings in off-market transactions at favorable prices and enhancing the value of each asset through SSH Real Estate's extensive in-house brokerage, property management, and construction management expertise.

Since SSH Investments is not a real estate investment fund and is a division of an established brokerage and management company, there is no time pressure to acquire a specific amount of real estate, resulting in a very selective acquisition process. Our exit strategy is not based on a pre-determined hold period, but on market conditions to maximize the value of each individual asset.
