Jeffrey R. Seligsohn, SIOR, Partner
Jeffrey Seligsohn is a founding partner of SSH Real Estate, which was formed in 2002. He was a former partner with the company’s two predecessors, Seligsohn Hess Company and Harold B. Hess Company. With Peter Soens, he has grown the company from eight to approximately 75 people. In addition, the company’s scope of services has increased from brokerage only, to a full-service real estate organization.

Peter C. Soens, Partner
Peter Soens is a partner of SSH Real Estate. Since joining the company in 2002, he has helped expand the company from brokerage only, to a full-service real estate organization. Under Pete’s leadership, SSH Real Estate has become the largest independent commercial real estate firm in the Philadelphia region.

Robert H. Hess, Principal
Prior to creating SSH Real Estate, (previously Seligsohn Hess Company), Bob served as president of the Harold B. Hess Company, the fifty-year old family firm that was its predecessor. Bob has a long history of volunteer and community service including President of the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors; President, Philadelphia Chapter, Society of Industrial & Office Realtors and serves on the board of the SEPA American Red Cross; Jewish Educational and Vocational Services and the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia.

John H. Susanin, Partner
John Susanin joined SSH Real Estate as Partner in December, 2008. Alongside Doug Newbert, John leads the firm’s Radnor, PA office. John specializes in both office and industrial sales and leasing, and has completed multiple assignments for national and international clients. Geographically, in addition to the immediate Philadelphia suburbs, John represents clients throughout northeastern and central Pennsylvania. Prior to joining SSH Real Estate, John was Senior Director with GVA Smith Mack, where he earned the “Largest Transaction” award in 2005.

Doug Newbert, Partner
Doug Newbert joined SSH Real Estate as Partner in December, 2008. Alongside John Susanin, Doug leads the firm’s Radnor, PA office. Doug has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 1994, and has extensive experience representing landlords and corporate users. His experience with business development and transitional work includes the negotiation of over 2,000,000 square feet of office and industrial space across the country. Before joining SSH Real Estate, Doug was a Senior Director with GVA Smith Mack, where he received numerous “Top Producer” awards. Prior to GVA Smith Mack, Doug worked for Jones Lang LaSalle in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Mohr Partners in Tampa, Florida.

Daniel K. Mayock, Director of Investment Services
Dan joined SSH in November of 2010 to lead the Investment Services division. He brings a wealth of experience to SSH. Over the past 24 years, Dan has specialized in the sale and financing of investment properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Joseph Eisenstein, Senior Vice President of SSH Management
Joe joined SSH Management in June 2006 as the Senior Portfolio Manager, and now serves as Senior Vice President of SSH Management. He has over 15 years of extensive supervisory and managerial experience within commercial property and construction management. Joe is responsible for directing building operations for the entire SSH Investments portfolio.

Greg Muller, General Counsel
Greg joined SSH Real Estate in December of 2006. He coordinates the legal aspects of SSH Real Estate's brokerage, management and investment divisions. Greg is the liaison with outside counsel, and he assists with the financing, underwriting and due diligence for potential acquisitions. In addition, he is responsible for the daily legal work of SSH, including the drafting and negotiating of leases and amendments for the firm's portfolio.

Michael D. Kennedy, Senior Vice President
Michael has more than 37 years of experience in the Philadelphia commercial real estate marketplace, as well as New Jersey, Delaware and multiple other states as part of portfolio service to clients. He has extensive experience in tenant representation, building representation, build-to-suit transactions, office building development, office building sales and land sales.

Judy Simon, Senior Vice President
Judy has more than twenty five years experience conducting commercial transactions with national companies including LaSalle Partners, The Galbreath Company, and Helmsley Greenfield Company.

Jan Kennedy, Senior Vice President
With more than twenty years experience in commercial real estate, Jan worked with the Rubin Organization (PREIT), Cambridge of Pennsylvania and Reed & Stambaugh. A graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University, she is a former board member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), involved in Cure Autism Now (CAN), and is a member of the Cosmopolitan Club in Philadelphia.

J. Ward Larkin, Consultant
J. Ward Larkin recently joined SSH as a Consultant, leading the firm’s efforts in the Retail and Investment Sales sectors. Ward began his career in commercial real estate in 1981 with Cushman and Wakefield. Ward founded his own firm, The Larkin Group, 25 years ago, specializing in tenant representation engagements, building assignments, as well as multiple restaurant openings throughout New Jersey and Maryland.

Brendan Ryan, Senior Vice President
Brendan Ryan joined the SSH Real Estate team in May of 2002. Previously, Brendan worked as a Center City Leasing Broker for The Flynn Company, and prior to that with CoreStates Financial Corporation as a Financial and Commercial Real Estate Auditor.

Adam G. Gillespie, CCIM
Senior Vice President, Investment Services
Adam joined SSH in July of 2011 and brings over 10 years of commercial real estate experience to the company. At SSH, Adam specializes in the sale and financing of investment properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region on behalf of clients.

Karen Loveland-Pascucci, Design & Project Management
SSH Real Estate is pleased to announce the recent addition of Karen M. Loveland-Pascucci, who will lead the firm’s Space Planning and Design Services division. Karen brings with her over 15 years of corporate interior design and project management experience, most recently with D2 Solutions, Inc. and Partridge Architects, carrying projects from programming to construction administration.

Peter L. Shrier, Vice President
Focusing on Tenant Representation, Landlord Representation and Investment Sales, Peter has assisted several businesses and organizations throughout the Greater Philadelphia area. He has been a member of SSH since 2003 and has completed in excess of two hundred transactions during that time.

Patrick Gallagher, Vice President
Patrick joined SSH Real Estate in the Fall of 2009 as a Senior Associate. Based in the firm’s Radnor office, he specializes in the sale and leasing of office properties in the Greater Philadelphia Region.

Brennan Votel, Associate
Brennan joined SSH Real Estate in the summer of 2009. He is a recent graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. In his role at SSH, Brennan will be primarily focusing on market research, generating new business leads and tenant representation.

Eric Muller, Associate
Eric joined SSH Real Estate in July of 2011 working for the Management Division, assisting in the leasing of The Commonwealth, 1201 Chestnut Street. Eric has since transitioned to the Brokerage Division of SSH Real Estate and will be primarily focusing on generating new business leads, tenant representation, landlord representation, and market research.

Bryan Devonshire, Director of Marketing
Bryan joined SSH Real Estate in April 2010 as Director of Marketing, bringing with him over 15 years of experience in the design industry. Bryan is responsible for the firm's marketing, which includes designing property brochures and flyers, coordinating presentations and broker mailings, maintaining company and building websites, as well as publishing market reports and press releases.

Rick Garrity, Associate
Rick joined SSH Real Estate in the winter of 2012 as an Associate. Based in the firm’s Radnor office, he will be focusing on tenant and landlord representation in the Greater Philadelphia Region.
