Philadelphia FIGHT, located at 1233 Locust Street in Philadelphia entered into a long term lease renewal for 18,003 square feet and also expanded by 4,241 of square feet of new space on the 3rd floor. FIGHT now occupies space on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th floors. Jeff Seligsohn of SSH Real Estate represented Philadelphia FIGHT in the transaction.
