PhillyCarShare recently entered into a long-term lease for 9,000 SF at The Sheridan Building, located at the corner of 9th & Sansom Streets. Steve Promislo of SSH represented PhillyCarShare in the transaction, while Peter L. Shrier, also of SSH, represented the landlord.

PhillyCarShare, a non-profit organization and Philadelphia’s premier car-sharing service, will be expanding and relocating from 3,000 SF at 701 South 50th Street. Founded by five Philadelphians, the organization has accomplished a significant positive environmental impact in Philadelphia.
