SSH Real Estate represents ADR Options in a 10,969 square foot lease renewal at Two Commerce Square, 2001 Market Street, in Philadelphia, PA.

Philadelphia, PAJeffrey Seligsohn of SSH Real Estate represented ADR Options lease renewal negotiations for a 10,696 square foot, lease renewal at Two Commerce Square, 2001 Market Street, in Philadelphia, PA.

ADR tested the market and ultimately decided renewing at Two Commerce made the most economic and business sense. At the end of the day there was no compelling reason to move. “It’s a real vote of confidence and a testament to the ownership and management of one of the best office complexes in the city.” said Jeff Seligsohn.

Commerce Square is a two-tower office and retail complex occupying an entire city block in Center City Philadelphia. One of the city's largest mixed-use real estate projects, Commerce Square is located in the Market West submarket. The project is comprised of twin 41-story office towers, One Commerce Square and Two Commerce Square, and a central plaza. The Court at Commerce Square, together with ground-level retail and restaurant space and a 512-space underground garage.
