1600 Market Street is a 39-story, 826,731 square foot Class A building. It is located in the center of the CBD’s financial district. Built in 1980, and most recently renovated in 1997, the building offers street-level retail and is conveniently located a block from Suburban Station, the hub of Philadelphia's commuter rail network, and adjacent to multiple parking garages. Just recently, the building was awarded an Energy Star label for its operating efficiency.
