SSH Real Estate along with Grubb & Ellis represented NAVTEQ in a 45,000 SF lease at 1000 Cedar Hollow Road in Malvern, PA

Radnor, PASSH Real Estate along with Grubb & Ellis represented NAVTEQ in a long-term, 45,000 SF lease at 1000 Cedar Hollow Road in Malvern, PA.

Exeter Property Group bought the two-building, 356,000-square-foot complex at 2476 Swedesford Road and 1000 Cedar Hollow Road in Malvern and launched a $30 million redevelopment of the properties.

The buildings were formerly used by Unisys had been constructed in the 1960s and 1970s. The complex along the 202 Corridor is now called Great Valley Commerce Center. Its sustainable features and a landlord with solid financials helped attract NAVTEQ to the recently renovated building. NAVTEQ is consolidating two local offices into 1000 Cedar Hollow Road.

Sven Sykes of Grubb & Ellis and John Susanin of SSH Real Estate represented the tenant while Strategic Realty Investments represented Exeter in the transaction.
