SSH Real Estate is pleased to announce that J. Ward Larkin has joined the firm, focusing on retail brokerage and investment sales.

A long-time member of Philadelphia's commercial real estate community, Ward began his career with Cushman & Wakefield, and 25 years ago founded his own firm, The Larkin Group. Ward brings with him an intense enthusiasm, noting that "there are going to be tremendous opportunities for prudent entrepreneurs and investors in the Philadelphia CBD."
